Do things you love! Be passionate! Forget what other people think and feed your own hopes and dreams and desires. That may seem selfish to you but give it a try. Do things for your own Highest Good! Feed your Soul! You know who you are or you are at least on the journey to find out! Be daring, be brave! Trust in the Universe. Trust in Yourself!

I’ve come to realise over the years that jounaling one’s thoughts has an enormous value in terms of “letting go” of needless worries. Sometimes it is just too hard to express our thoughts verbally but somehow these can be written down more easily and that in itself becomes comforting. You can scrawl away in anger or despair and then close the book and sleep more easily.
By the same method you can scribble down plans and hopes and dreams and even if these can’t yet be expressed or shared with anyone, you have found comfort in the writing down of ideas. You can have a book next to your bed and should you wake in the night you can journal your thoughts and then get back to sleep. For all the clients who have listened to my suggestion of journaling – keep up the good work!!
Finding a quiet place
Sometimes finding a quiet place is a challenge but when you first start to meditate, I recommend that you choose somewhere that you will get little or no interruption or distraction. Somewhere in fresh air near nature or water is ideal. Somewhere you will be comfortable and safe. Somewhere where you can "let go" of worrying thoughts and clear your head. There should not be pressure to "get it right". All new skills and behaviours need time to learn. Just believe.
Thinking abundantly was created as a reminder to the usually positive folks to keep it up despite the ups and downs of life. After all you are alive!! This is an important concept with all the obvious trappings that go with it......you can feel, think etc.
Just a reminder here....be careful what it is that you do think because after all this is what you create. Thinking abundantly reminds us of gratitude. Be grateful for what you have and guess what - you will create more of it.
The Universe always provides and it is up to us to order what we want by thinking abundantly. A good place to start is with health. Without it we are in trouble. Let's celebrate good health!!!When you wake up tomorrow, look in your mirror and say "I give thanks for my good health always!"
