Frances offers professional assistance in many counselling areas such as:
• Couple counselling• Addiction and inner child therapy• Relationship issues• Self-Esteem building• Anxiety issues • Grief and Loss • Work place issues• Mentoring and Motivation.
Frances holds a Diploma of Professional Counselling, Diploma of Multi Addiction Counselling and a Diploma of Clinical Hypnosis as well as having studied many varied areas of counselling over the last 20 years.
She conducts one-on-one face-to-face counselling as well as telephone counselling and group work. She is a clinical member of the Australian Counselling Association and is a registered supervisor for the ACA.
